Vegan Roasted Garlic Tomato Pasta (some fire shi right here)

this was so good that I don’t think I even took a photo even tho it was in this so pretty pink glass pie dish I just got. just imagine some *scrumptious looking pasta* right here.

edit: I did take a photo apparently. I hope you can sense the ravenous energy of this photo and take it as evidence of the scrumptiousness of this pasta. Also, yes – as with all my photos (alas Unihertz Jelly 2’s only flaw) – it looks much better in person.

also ps this dish is like 90% carbohydrates so not a very well-rounded meal. it tastes so good tho. eat in moderation or add a green thing and some seitan sausage :p

Time till ready 2 eat: 30 min

You need:

– 1 tomato

– 1 bulb of garlic

– a handful of linguine or other amount/pasta of your choice

– hella olive oil

– your choice of seasonings (salt, nooch, black pepper, italian seasoning, lemon juice, chopped parsley/basil)

1) Halve, then slice tomato so you have semicircles.

2) Drizzle a glass pie dish with olive oil. Spread your semicircle tomatoes around the pie dish perimeter.

3) Chop the garlic bulb in half. Olive oil the exposed garlics, making sure to get it in the crevices. Wrap them together in a piece of aluminum foil. Put it in the middle of your pie dish.

4) Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes. Clean up a bit while you’re waiting. Start boiling your pasta 10 minutes in.

5) When done baking, remove aluminum foil and squeeze out the roasted garlics into the pie dish. They should be mush now. Yummy mush.

6) Add your cooked pasta and your seasonings to the pie dish and mix everything together. Mash in the roasted garlic mush. Add some pasta water to make things saucy. Oh, and probs more olive oil.

7) Enjoy.

p.s. u will have vile breath after eating this :3
