Overall rating: 2/5 cuz it’s SUPER overpriced for what it is
Flavor is not anything stand out to be charging these prices >:( This place is definitely famous just because of their branding (the branding is very spectacular tho). For the price of one of Slutty Vegan’s burgers, you can get 3 VeGreen burgers that have same/better flavor and quantity and VeGreen has way more variety of burgers (like chicken, shrimp, mushroom!). So yeah. Save ur money and go to VeGreen!! Or a number of other vegan restaurants that have great burgers that are bigger and better!
Another note is that I heard a while back they had issues with not treating their workers well. I need to look into that more but just another bad thing to note.
Ok so I been to Slutty Vegan before when they first opened their Duluth, GA location and I thought it was good but super overhyped and pricy for what it is. I also remember not really liking the vibe cuz it’s just soooo loud in there and the yelling is not my thing loll. (For context, they yell like “SLUTS IN THE HOUSE” and stuff like that when people come in and when an order goes in. And they play really loud music inside. They try to recreate like a “party vibe” I guess?).
Since it’s been a while, and I’ve never actually been to the original Atlanta Downtown location, I decided to go try them again before I move out of Atlanta.
We went pretty close to closing on a Tuesday so it wasn’t super crowded like I’ve heard it can sometimes get on the weekend. Got our food in like 15-20 minutes after ordering.

It’s good and I like their house made pattie but it’s not anything stand out. It’s a fast-food style burger so it’s not that bulky (compared to gourmet restaurant-style burgers that are super bulky/a lot of toppings). For these reasons, it’s just super duper overpriced in my opinion. Fast-food style burgers are cheap for a reason lol, but Slutty Vegan’s burgers have gourmet restaurant-style burger prices for fast-food style burger quantity and flavor. Like literally for the price of this one burger, I could’ve gotten 3 VeGreen burgers that are just as good and have more variety!! or gotten a way bigger burger with more toppings from Cafe Sunflower or a bunch of other vegan restaurants that serve burgers!

Ok I was expecting more from this cuz it’s like 3 dollars more than the burgers and also cuz I haven’t tried it before. It’s also more of a specialty menu item. Unfortunately, this was worse than the burgers imo :/ The flavor was just really underwhelming like it felt like it was missing something. It’s also not that much bigger than the burgers. $19 for this is crazy!! Also because the flavor of it is not that strong, you can taste that the cheese in it is vegan. Whereas in the burger I think you notice the cheese being vegan less cuz the burger patty/sauce flavor is pretty strong. Again, I am in mourning… for this amount of money I could’ve had 4 VeGreen burgers alas….

The fries come with the burgers (thank goodness lol because if I had to pay extra for fries when the burgers are already $16, I would be tweaking to the moon and back). They’re good but I don’t get the hype around the “Slut Dust” which is the seasoning they use on the fries. People say it’s so good that they use it to season a bunch of stuff at home (Slutty Vegan sells shakers of it), but it just tastes like Cajun-style seasoning to me. Also, I thought the fries would come with the Slut Sauce but they only come with ketchup 😔
