update: the search no longer needs commencing. after trying rice pasta, I realized that rice pasta is the only gf pasta I like and it’s actually very good and very qq. tldr: try rice pasta

Sometime in October 2023. I wrongfully thought it would be very good and qq bc cassava is similar to tapioca which is very chewy. I cooked it according to instructions and it was just horrid mush. No qq at all. I composted it…. real bad…. Ugh mushy pasta is horrid.
