GF Crispy Cocoa Cookies

1) To Measuring Cup:
– 16 g ground flax
– 64 g water
2) To Medium Bowl: Add & mix:
– 250 g oat flour
– 140 g coconut brown sugar
– 50 g cocoa powder
– 10 g baking soda
– 60 g powdered sugar
– 10 g salt
3) Add & mix:
– 80 g palm fruit shortening
– 80 g coconut oil
4) Mix it all in. Then, put in freezer until the dough cools & solidifies a bit (like 10 min).
5) Bake at 350 F for 15 minute.
