1. To microwaveable bowl add & mix:
– amount you want of TVP (aka dry soy mince) (the kind that is little dried bits)
– 1/2 part soy sauce (use tamari for GF)
– 1/2 part soy milk to cover soy curl bits
– 1 big tsp palm fruit shortening
– dashes of powdered black pepper, cumin, garlic, onion, white pepper
2. Microwave for 2 min
3. Add 1 tbs okara aka soy milk pulp (or 1 tbs mashed up silken tofu)
4. Microwave 1 min
This recipe is to replicate that steamed ground beef egg mixture dish that I ate a lot growing up as a breakfast side dish with rice porridge (congee). It’s real salty so you gotta eat it with rice or over noodles. Delish & digestible for when you’re sick ( ^-^)b
