ya know… this exceeded my expectations. I thought this might be really bad. But actually, it’s pretty good. The texture is too frosting-like to be cheesecake but the flavor and smell of it is is actually very similar. I would definitely recommend this actually. Idk if I’d buy it regularly but if I’m craving cheesecake and don’t have anywhere local to buy vegan cheesecake, I’d get this.
Ethics Notes: hmm don’t know much about Daiya. Ingredients don’t have any sustainability certifications besides that it is Non-GMO Project verified.
Our Prep: It comes frozen. Defrost on counter for like 2-3 hours then stuck in fridge overnight cuz I forgot about it.
Ingredients/Allergen Stuff: Certified Gluten-Free. Certified Plant-Based. Contains coconut.
