yum!!! noodles are good with good texture & bite. sauce flavor is yummy too!
it’s a bit boring tho – def add in your own toppings like tofu, TVP crumbles, vegetables, mushrooms. I added in some tofu crumbles w black salt for eggy flavor and it was sooooo good like stir-fried egg noodles. Also would be good with kimchi.
also 11g plant-based protein per serving? that’s pretty good for instant noodles lmfao.
these are non-fried noodles btw. not your typical ramen noodle texture.
