About my taste buds:
I’ve been increasingly plant-based since 2019 and vegan since summer of 2020. If you have a different opinion than one of my reviews, please comment your opinion and what your diet is like (if you’re vegan & if so, how long you’ve been vegan for!). I’m curious to know how taste buds change after going vegan. (For example, I’ve heard that people who have been vegan for a long time find more vegan cheeses to be palatable than greenie vegans.)
Noting human ethics: I will note ethics of the company when I can but my main priority with the vegan food reviews is to support veganism. Majority of vegan products are better for the humans involved too. Of course, ideally the company is also explicitly ethical towards humans. I personally make it a habit to patronize only explicitly vegan AND human ethical companies and that would be best, but getting more people to choose the vegan option is my first priority with #sofufoodreviews
