hmmm I had high expectations for this bc Cosmic Bliss vegan chocolate ice cream & vanilla ice cream are my favs!! but this was just okay and kinda strange afterfeel in the mouth. it smells really good. Amaretto. but the flavor. hmm you can taste the coconut and I think it’s interacting strangely with the cherry. Kinda tastes like lightly tangy? I still think it’s okay but my sib thought “it tastes like shit” and gave it a 2/5 yumminess. They said they think it tastes like the pink foamy stuff that the dentists use on you when you go for a dental cleaning lol…
anyways I don’t think I’d buy it again. Also, I wish Cosmic Bliss would make their vegan packaging more different from their dairy ice cream bc I bought the vanilla one that was in the same row with all the other vegan Cosmic Bliss ice creams but for some reason, the vanilla one was the dairy one?!?! noooooooooo :(((((
tragedy. I’m gonna try to exchange it. But if they say they will throw it away, I’ll donate it to food commune. grrr
Ethics Notes: USDA Organic. Cosmic Bliss is not a fully vegan company but their vegan stuff is quite good. They have not said anything about Israel.
Our Prep: we let it soften for a few minutes on the counter first
Ingredients/Allergen Stuff: Contains coconut and almond. Certified Gluten-Free and Vegan.
